This is a 4 phase operation to reduce the material wastage on construction sites. Through better tracking of despatch, delivery, storage and usage of construction supplies, this project aims to cut not only costs but also carbon footprint.
Phase 1 - Investigation by construction members into the levels of wastage and where it occurs.
Phase 2 - A report delivered on the costs to the industry.
Phase 3 - Identify the various methods of combating this problem
Phase 4 - Conduct parallel trials using the top 2 methods.
