DO give full, relevant training. Small issues can often be easily solved with a bit of knowledge. Can you call for help anytime?

DO keep your mind open to changes during the development and piloting of a solution. Some unexpected changes can actually improve the development of a solution.

DO take account of the frequency of use of the solution when users are having to learn a new system. The managers who carry out an new audit solution on a weekly basis, will need a little more help than if he was using it each day.

DON'T rush things. For example, training seems to work better spread over time and not in a bulk session, as it has been people getting used to the system, not extremely complicated software which needed large amounts of training to use.
